My stay at the Sonnenalp was truly magical, with the charming old-world decor creating a unique atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond in providing top-notch service, while the location right in Vail Village made it super convenient to access everything. However, there were some minor issues with the service coordination and limited coffee pods in the room, which felt a bit off for a high-end hotel.

My stay at the Sonnenalp was nothing short of magical. From the incredible service that made me feel special to the beautiful surroundings, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was a standout, offering a variety of delicious options. However, the staff's quick entry during housekeeping was slightly disruptive. Overall, this gem in Vail offered great value, especially considering the luxury and amenities provided.

The Sonnenalp is a true gem in Vail, providing a luxurious yet cozy experience that transports you to a charming European village. The hotel strikes a perfect balance with its large, well-appointed rooms and exceptional breakfast spread. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Vail Village, making it easy to explore nearby shops and dining. However, the ski valet service, while generally efficient, could use a bit more streamlined communication during busy times.

Our stay at the Sonnenalp was truly remarkable, highlighted by exceptional service from the staff who were attentive without being intrusive, allowing us to feel pampered and relaxed. The dining experiences, especially for breakfast, were varied and of high quality, making each morning enjoyable. While our first room had some noise issues, the staff promptly relocated us to a quieter space, which made a tremendous difference. Overall, it was a luxurious getaway that we’re eager to repeat next summer.
